you can receive personalised information.

Seminar Q&A’s

The CareApp Lifestyle Stage and the Uniting AgeWell Chat Lounge will both have a Q&A area for speakers to go

after their presentation where visitors can ask important questions and find out more about the topic.

The Q&A booths are located opposite the stages.


Retreat
The Retreat is a Lounge area located in the centre of the Expo to relax and regroup over a coffee or a bite to eat from the pop-up café with friends or colleagues. Use the comfortable seating to reflect on the great source of information

and plan out what’s next!

Show Bag

Each visitor will be given a complimentary show bag on entry. The show bag will include information from exhibitors

and other aged care companies.


Greeting & Information Booth
Be welcomed by knowledgeable staff at the entry of the event. If you have any queries on the expo or exhibitors,

they will be able to direct you to the right place!


Café
Enjoy a coffee and something to eat from the pop up café at the event. Then relax and regroup at the Retreat and

plan what’s next!

Wheelchair Hire

A complimentary wheelchair service is available.

• Date and time the wheelchair is required.

• Name of the borrower and contact telephone number.

• Preferred collection location (Convention Centre or Exhibition Centre)

Collection is from the designated customer service desk. Upon collection we will require some form of identification.

ATMs are located adjacent to the Convention Centre customer service desk and on the Exhibition Centre concourse between door 3 and 4.
